COMMUNICATE FOR SUCCESS
Program Objective: The “Communicate for Success” program is designed to equip Supervisors/Managers/Leaders with an understanding and importance of the communication process. It is an essential requirement for every supervisor/manager to understand the importance of effective communication and how to successfully communicate.
This program will teach participants about the communication process, the various barriers to good communication and the tools and techniques to achieve effective communication. Participants will gain an understanding of the various elements necessary for effective communication across different cultures, styles, mediums and platforms.

Learning Methods
The program is designed to be highly interactive and participative. Attendees will participate in case studies , role-plays and team exercises. Each module is supported by trainer inputs on key concepts, utilising the individual/team exercises, group discussion, training activities and videos of relevant topics. Participants will have opportunities to demonstrate their learnings through the various activities. Each participant will receive a self-learning workbook for future reference.
