EFFECTIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING AND DECISION-MAKING
Program Objective: The “Effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making” program is designed to equip Managers/Leaders with the insight to approach problems with a different perspective. Managers deal with a variety of challenges in their daily working lives. Leading a team and managing performance to deliver results is often a challenge for managers. It is important that managers acquire the necessary skills and techniques to systematically solve problems and make the most appropriate decisions for any situation.
The program will address the capabilities required for effective problem solving and decision making. The program focuses on the ability to understand a situation or problem, the importance or severity of any situation and the capabilities required to systematically resolve any given problem.

Learning Methods
The program is designed to be highly interactive and participative. Attendees will participate in case studies, role-plays and a team exercise. Each module is supported by trainer inputs on key concepts, utilising the individual/ team exercises, group discussion, training activities and videos of relevant topics. Participants will have opportunities to demonstrate their learnings through the various activities. Each participant will receive a self-learning workbook for future reference.
