SEVEN PILLARS OF BLISSFUL LIFE
– 3-day programme
This programme is suited for both, corporate clients and open training forums. Based on the teachings of the book From Darkness to Light, it helps the participants bring balance and happiness into their lives, by exploring the seven pillars of blissful life.
In the corporate world, employers are mainly interested in programmes that improve the skill and productivity of the employees, looking for a ‘Return on Investment’ (ROI), neglecting the most important aspect, the physical and emotional wellbeing of their employees. Happy and healthy employees are more productive and deliver superior customer experience, comparing with those employees that suffer quietly even though they have excellent skills.
Participants leave the programme with tools to help them rebuild their relationships with loved ones, eliminate limiting beliefs, bring relief from stress and trauma, and live blissful and healthy lives.
QUANTUM STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
– 6-day programme
This programme is designed for Senior Management. In a very unconventional way, it delivers strategic results by balancing the ‘energies’ of the organisation.
Quantum refers to the science of ‘energy’. Our emotions are energy. The emotions of the employees, the customers and the shareholders, are all energy. Organisations are a community; a unit of several stakeholders that aim towards ‘happiness’. Unhappy stakeholders lower the vibrational frequency of the organisation, thus, slowing or halting the growth of the organisation. No strategic growth can happen without exploring and balancing the ‘energies’ of the organisation.
The course aims to transfer the teachings of the book From Darkness to Light, into the corporate boardroom, by switching from low vibrational behaviours to high vibration behaviours, thus elevate the organisational vibrational frequencies.
The second part of the course continues with practical 1, 3 and 5-year strategic growth plan, by engaging the senior management in practices of change and committing to a new vision that delivers financial results and growth by keeping all stakeholders happy.
