LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS
Program Objective: The Leadership Essentials program is designed to equip Managers/Leaders with an understanding of the fundamentals of leadership skills in the role of a manager. Leading a team and managing performance to deliver results is often a challenge for managers especially those that have been recently promoted. It is important for every manager, irrespective of the industry he/she operates in, to learn the skills and techniques required to enhance their ability to effectively lead their teams in achieving set goals.
This program will improve management performance by teaching the science of leadership and its importance in the management role. Current and potential managers will be given the opportunity to understand the various leadership styles and their impact on themselves and their team members, and the impact of the different styles on overall performance.
This program focuses on identifying the leadership styles of each individual, understanding the developmental stages of a person/employee and a team, and how to accordingly adjust leadership styles to suit different situations.

Learning Methods
The program is designed to be highly interactive and participative. Attendees will participate in case studies, role-plays and a team exercise . Each module is supported by trainer inputs on key concepts, utilising the individual/ team exercises, group discussion, training activities and videos of relevant topics. Participants will have opportunities to demonstrate their learnings through the various activities. Each participant will receive a self-learning workbook for future reference.
